The stained glass is beautiful… and in a parking garage? We're still trying to move past the solid concrete and venture into graffiti. Those lovely Europeans are way ahead of us.
Isn't it interesting that stained glass is in a humble parking garage, Life is Art?

We have our share of graffiti here too, Micheline, but the city tries hard to keep up.
